Australian Wings Academy (AWA) is a professional Pilot Training Academy. We specialise in flight training for Airline cadets, and Commercial Pilots.

AWA is a registered Training Organisation (RTO) in the state of Queensland, Australia and a CRICOS (Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students) provider. This accreditation allows AWA to bring international students in to Australia on an extended visa.

Australian Wings Academy is based at the Gold Coast Airport located in the Coolangatta control zone on the Gold Coast in sunny Queensland Australia. The Academy has been operating since 1980.

The Gold Coast offers fantastic all year round weather with one of the best climates in the world for pilot training and widely acknowledged as Australia's premier tourist destination. There is plenty of part time work for students, and it offers a great lifestyle.

AWA has the best Airline Pilot Flight Training facilities in Australia, boasting new classrooms, briefing rooms and a state of the art dual Synthetic Flight Trainer. Australian Wings Academy offers flight training, ground school classes, simulator training, instructor courses and a jet bridging course.

With pilots in demand around the world, there has never been a better time to learn to fly and there is no better place to learn to fly.
